Since 2017, we are serving Italian cuisine under the name of Murano’s Kitchen located in the heart of Izmir / Turkey. Taking inspiration from Northern and Southern Italian cuisine ‘cooking the best ingredients most of the simple way the concept of ’ highlighting regional value and inspire seasonal diversity in our Kitchen. Our restaurant is serving everyday in a week.
For us, ‘Food’ is respecting sustainability and nature, sourcing the right products in season, we use only our olive oil from Foca Ilıpınar farm, also we feed from ‘local’ producers without sacrificing freshness and quality.
Every Morning, in our oven fresh sourdough bread, Italian classic foccacio and authentic ciabatta cooks. The wheat flour cmoes from Kastamonu which is the most authentic and ancient wheat in the Turkey.
You will not get enough of our oak wood-fired pizzas and pastas that we open daily with only organic eggs and semolina that are freshly opened everyday.
With the arrival of the spring season, you will be tasting root vegetables and regional delicacies cooked over low heat in this menu, and you can also taste award-winning wines from local wine and imported producers from our wine-cellar.
