Murano’s Kitchen, ‘the Italy of İzmir,’ established by Fulya Perçin Yonuk and Hasan Yonuk in İzmir in 2017, opened its second branch in Çeşme with a new concept during the summer season.

Murano’s Kitchen, one of the most ambitious brands of Italian cuisine in Turkey, creates its menus inspired by Northern and Southern Italian cuisine with the philosophy of ‘cooking in the simplest way with the best ingredients’ and ‘highlighting regional diversity.’ Its name comes from the glassmaking island located one and a half kilometers from Venice. The restaurant, named after the island of Murano, renowned for its glassmaking, bases its corporate philosophy on sharing the regional diversity of Italian flavors with guests by diversifying them with ‘modern and local’ product touches.

Murano’s Kitchen prioritizes customer satisfaction by sourcing the freshest and highest quality products from the right regions and producers. The restaurant carefully prepares and serves its dishes using meticulous cooking techniques. Located in Alsancak, Izmir, Murano’s Kitchen emphasizes seasonality and changes its menu four times a year. Their Roman-style thin-crust pizzas are cooked at 450°C with tomato sauce from the Campania region. Fresh and handmade pasta, sourdough einkorn bread, grissini, focaccia, and ciabatta are offered. Desserts are made daily and in limited quantities, seafood comes from Urla, Kalabak, and Çanakkale, while meat products are sourced from Bursa and Balıkesir. In June 2024, Reges, a Luxury Collection Resort & SPA, the representative of Marriott International’s Luxury Collection brand, opened its second branch in Çeşme with Murano’s Kitchen “Summer Lux” concept. Under the coordination of Italian chef Michele Serafini, tasting menus featuring Southern Italian cuisine are offered. The restaurant’s wine cellar boasts 150 different brands from both domestic and international sources. Slow-cooked meat dishes, risottos, and shared appetizer classics are among the most popular items.

By opening its second branch with the Murano’s Kitchen 'Summer Lux' concept, Reges, a Luxury Collection Resort & SPA, which is one of the representatives of Marriott International's Luxury Collection brand in Turkey, welcomed its guests in June 2024. Under the culinary coordination of Michele Serafini, the chef of Ristorante Alterego in Perugia, Italy, which is listed in the Michelin Guide, the restaurant offers A La Carte and Southern Italian tasting menus. Located in Çeşme, the restaurant features white-clothed tables, a stylish ambiance, and a seafront location, providing a delightful experience during the beautiful summer evenings of the Aegean.
