The restaurant carefully prepares and serves its dishes using meticulous cooking techniques. Located in Alsancak, Izmir, Murano’s Kitchen emphasizes seasonality and changes its menu four times a year. Their Roman-style thin-crust pizzas are cooked at 450°C with tomato sauce from the Campania region. Fresh and handmade pasta, sourdough einkorn bread, grissini, focaccia, and ciabatta are offered. Desserts are made daily and in limited quantities, seafood comes from Urla, Kalabak, and Çanakkale, while meat products are sourced from Bursa and Balıkesir. In June 2024, Reges, a Luxury Collection Resort & SPA, the representative of Marriott International’s Luxury Collection brand, opened its second branch in Çeşme with Murano’s Kitchen “Summer Lux” concept.
