It contains selected flavors from regional cuisines that differ from the north of Italy to the south, from the mountainous areas to the seaside, and the menu changes 4 times a year.
The products used vary in the menu depending on the seasonality and freshness principles.
All bread and pastry products are produced in our kitchen daily, fresh.
You won’t be able to get enough of our meat dishes cooked in a slow fire, pastas that are opened daily with fresh hands, and our Northern type pizzas cooked in wood fire at 400C.
